Enterprise-grade calling used to mean an enterprise-grade budget and an IT department to match. We don't think a twelve-person company deserves worse tools than a twelve-hundred-person one. So we built the good version, and priced it so anyone can start.

Our story
Telsmart is not a startup that built a calling app on top of someone else's network.
Rob and Filip spent the early 2000s as telecom consultants for Belgian businesses, watching the same companies get sold the same overpriced, over-complicated phone systems. In 2014 they teamed up to build the thing they kept wishing existed.
Today Telsmart is a telecom operator with its own infrastructure, and the telephony behind 1,700+ Belgian businesses, from insurance brokers to construction firms.
That foundation is the difference. Because we run the network ourselves, Telsmart works on every device you already own, without a separate app. And because every call runs through our network, we can do what an app never can: capture, transcribe and summarize every conversation crystal-clear, for both sides of the call, landlines included.
The phone is the oldest channel in your business, and the only one that never remembered anything. We're fixing that now.

Four times a year everyone drops the day-to-day and meets at the House of Happiness in Zedelgem. Operations, finance, product, engineering, growth — all of it on the table, followed by lunch and something that isn't work.
When we hit the numbers we go somewhere together. Split, Croatia was one of them.
Zedelgem is the spacious one. Kasterlee is a converted home office in the green, with alpacas in the garden. Most people work from both, and nobody counts the days.
